Every morning, we purchase domestically caught eels (from Kagoshima and Mikawa) and grill them over charcoal until the outside is crispy and the inside is soft and fluffy, making them an exquisite dish.

Every morning at our main store, we split the fresh live eels from Mikawa and Kagoshima into the required amount, skewer them, and slowly grill them over a charcoal fire on our custom-made grill, before delivering them to each store.The final cooking is done in-store so you can enjoy it at its best.It will take about 5 to 10 minutes to serve.
